The Best Burger competition in the restaurant division will take place on Saturday at 5:00 P.M.

A small grill will be provided to you. You will need to bring your own meat. You also need to bring all of your own ingredients, mixing bowls, serving trays, utensils and all other items you may need.

A panel of five local celebrities and sponsor representatives will taste test your recipe. Their decision is final.

Each contestant will present their creation to the judge's area to show off their plated burgers. Your presentation of the burger will be taken into consideration. You will then personally serve each judge a slice.

One winner will be selected from each category.

Winners will receive bragging rights and local and national publicity.

A prize package including a beautiful trophy/engraved plate will be presented to each champion.
